4.Product Application

Heat sink helps keeping the electronics products from overheating, actually heat sinks are widely used for the CPUs, chipset, and PCB&PCBA. As the electronic product is going to be smaller & smaller and to generate more & more power as well, we have to design more complicated heat sinks to cool it down. ACG Cooler has the knowledge and experience to help customer to solve the overheating problem with fabricated heat sinks,heat sink modules and cooling system.

6.Production Equipment

1. ACG Cooler has huge capability of designing and manufacturing heat sinks, we own cutting machines, CNC machines, high pressing machines, etc. Also we have thermal resistance testing lab and assembling lines. This helps us to have one stop service easily from initial thermal analysis, top-gun trial run and final mass production for our customers.
